[s1mp3-dev] my mp4 player is died...

hi,i'm Robert and i write from Italy...i've a problem with my mp4 player...is a type of S1mp3 player...i've download a type of upgrade from your site but i thing it's wrong because after the installation,my player doesn't turn on...(sorry for my english).Before of this i've tried 2 others upgrade and i don't have problems...what can i do to repair this player?i send you also a photo of this...thank you very much!
