[s1mp3-dev] new software tool: s1mulator 0.1

Hi all,

I've made a start on an emulator for s1mp3. It's very far from complete, of
course. But it can execute the simple tests we've been using with loadram,
and emulates an LCD display.

It's based on the z80em core, and uses SDL for rendering the display.
