[s1mp3-dev] USB Host

Having looked into trying to bring the USB port up previously (And spent a lot
of time on it and failing miserably) It would be nice just to get it going to
start with!  In fact this stage is the most critical on the project, somebody
really should be working on it.  Now!

The USB protocol works with the host (i.e. typically the PC) requesting the
external device for packets.   As the actual hardware Endpoints for the
ATJ2085 are designed around the reception of USB packets, I think it would be
difficult if not impossible to make it work the other way around.

However if it can be done then fantastic!
