usb_set_altinterface also gives an error on linux the way it was. I
wonder why it got uncommented.. Anyway, it I guess it should only be
called after we first claim one interface. That way it works (this is
one of my changes).
I've made some changes since the linux patch, so I would ask you to
test them on windows.
Could you please test it from my server before I can upload it to the
s1mp3 server?
