Hi there!

I've made some changes on the loadram wiki to reflect portability.
Wladston,  I hope you don't mind :)

By the way (it has been some time since I last used windows..) do you
have to run "loadram.exe" or you can just use "loadram" ? I remember
windows not being picky about extensions, and puting only "loadram" on
the wiki is an "all system solution" :)

Also, I passed some of the text from "how to use" to a previous
section "how to setup your system". This is where system dependent
info should go.. Feel free to change this if you'd like, I thought it
would be more logic.. :)
