[s1mp3-dev] Loadram v0.2.0 - with 2nd stage bootloader support

I tried the Windows compiled version of the program, but it doesn't seem to 
really work. The test program (test.bin) puts some garbage on the display, 
but the 2nd stage bootloader doesn't work at all. It just resets the device 
(goes back to "Starting...").
