[s1mp3-dev] RES: Loadram v0.2.0 - with 2nd stage bootloader support

Hi! I'm new around here, and I wish to help the project to grow, i can't
wait to run my own apps on my player :D

I have a couple of questions about this program, loadram.

What exactly this program do? I mean, I know it's a loader, but... maybe the
right question is, How does it work?

Can I use it without fucking up my player?


PS: Where is our SVN? Maybe I can help you guys set it up ;)

Feel free to merge your contributes to this one and to upload back on 
the server.

It compiles correctly under windows, but has not been tested. A minor 
initialization bug was fixed.
