[s1mp3-dev] SVN delays was Re: Loadram 0.1 windows port and Swan ADFU driver

I modified something in the code.Had to add a call to a configuration
function and added handler checking (That is what make loadram crash under
windows.I am checking thw last version u send under windows now, if it is
modified from the last version i sent, and if you agree, we call that
version 0.2
