Yes

Consider that BREC is an EEPROM (read about it), so we do not want to
use it for testing; luckly now we have loadram to make tests on the
ZRAM. We could anyway write to BROM (read about it if you havent) if we
had ICE, since with it we would be able to write any number of times
(with the current USB driver we can't)

You would be able to write it only once...I do not suggest you to do
this, unless you want to kill your player. (and, before ICE age, it is
not advised)

So, use loadram! Your small program would be useful to better understand
the hardware, when you get some research post on the mailing list, soon
we will create a /research/ team, maybe with Jeroen too.
