oh - it's not a _problem_ in actual fact - i just thought it would be easy
to use their thing.

Since we will probably have to deal with it sooner or later to flash the
device, I thought it would be a good idea to use their driver for their
Actions Device Firmware Upgrade mode.

But please, do as you think it's best ;)
