[s1mp3-dev] [content redesign] the ready "Troubleshooting" page

The problem is the following :

we have LOTS of questions on the FAQ : http://www.s1mp3.org/en/docs_faq.php

the problem is that about 90% of the questions are cleared in about 15 of
the FAQ .. so they can't be among the "normal" FAQ

or we shall have a very good faq category division ....

please HEEEEeeeeLLLpppPP :)))
