[s1mp3-dev] Is SWAN important enought to be mentioned on s1mp3.org?

Agree completely with you.

As the URGE for php coders has passed, I have changed it to devs for the
Swan project. See the main site.

I just think that if we have a web site, we might attract more developers to
help to make the product. But I agree completely with you.
