[s1mp3-dev] Proposal - let's make it public! ;)

[Bluechip]

OUR web site LOOKS awesome, but I cry everytime I try to use it.

Legolas and I are currently working to redesign 
certain aspects of the web site.

There will be clear links on the front page to separate USER and TECHIE areas.

I couldn't care less what happens in the USER area - that's SEP AFAIC

The techie area will contain the proposal.  It 
will be editable only by elected members of the team.
