[s1mp3-dev] Proposal - let's make it public! ;)

The main site is focused to users, the development part should be on the
wiki. A part of the proposal, understandable by the normal end user, will be
available on the main page. Check the s1mp3.org planning (
http://www.s1mp3.org/wiki/index.php/S1mp3.org_planning ) for more info.

As for the "editable media", we can always "protect" the pages we think
fair.
