This page will be attached to the FAQ, and will be a place the users will be
directed to solve problems.

It will expose only the most common kinds of problems. Other more specific
issues will be on the regular categories of the FAQ.

This page will help into solving the most common problems users have with
their s1mp3. We will expose here only the most common types of problems - if
this page does not help, you can still check the other FAQ pages(link).

Q: Player does not turn on, remains on "starting...", works only as a pen
drive, or does not work at all.

Q: My player shows more or less memory than the normal, keeps restarting at
certain songs, or the data on it's memory become corrupt
