Yes.
and ...Aside of cash bribes, my thought is to make all our work 
public and in one place ...hence holding as much chat on this ml as 
possible.  In the hope that _everybody_ (technical) will have no 
choice but to congregate in one place, and HOPEFULLY feel inspired to 
join in.  Wlad is recruiting on sf and such, don't really know what 
else can be done - just keep going as best we can and expect more 
interest when there is more project.

You must remember, very few n00bs appreciate the value of a project 
plan, I certainly recall being there myself for much of my life - but 
experience catches up with us all eventually, and one is forced to 
adapt or stagnate.
Either way, I personally expect a snowball effect, lets just hope we 
can hold it together long enough to start gathering new blood :)
